Conditions of use for CMA-BCS services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our mediation and arbitration services, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
CMA-BCS offers mediation, arbitration, and conciliation services for alternative dispute resolution in Baja California Sur.
3. Fees and Payments
The opening fee of $500 USD + VAT is non-refundable. Additional mediator fees are set according to each case. All payments must be made before the process begins.
4. Mediation Process
Mediation is a voluntary process. CMA-BCS will contact the other party but cannot guarantee their participation. The process is confidential as established by law.
5. User Obligations
Users must provide truthful information, participate in good faith, and maintain the confidentiality of the process.
6. Limitation of Liability
CMA-BCS does not guarantee specific results. We are not responsible for decisions made by the parties during the mediation process.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with the update date.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and the state of Baja California Sur. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of La Paz, BCS.
